Amanda Gleason
With over 20 years of HR experience, Amanda specializes in building efficient, compliant systems that allow practices to prioritize people as their most valuable asset. Her expertise lies in aligning core HR functions—like policy development and technology integration—with broader business goals. She holds a Master’s in Management/Human Resources, is SHRM-CP certified, and is credentialed in Conducting Lawful Workplace Investigations. Amanda has also served as a youth mentor and currently sits on the board of Arise Together.
